An Africa where children with disabilities can realise their maximum potential.

Disability should not mean exclusion

Children and youth with disabilities in Kenya face persistent exclusion from essential services due to systemic discrimination, poverty, stigma and unresponsive social structures. They are particularly vulnerable, highlighting the urgent need for gender and disability inclusive responsive solutions that amplify their voices and address their unique challenges.

Our Approach

From frontline services to research to policy change, we connect access, evidence and advocacy to build disability-inclusive and gender-responsive systems for every child and young person.

Enabling Equitable Access to Services among CYWDs

This pillar focuses on removing the barriers that prevent children and young people with disabilities (CYWDs) from accessing essential services such as healthcare, inclusive education, social protection and livelihood opportunities.

Many of these barriers are not caused by disability itself, but by inaccessible systems, negative attitudes and unequal opportunities that exclude CYWDs from fully participating in society.

Knowledge Generation for Data-Driven Decision-Making

This pillar centers on generating, using, and sharing evidence to drive inclusive, effective and accountable action for children and young people with disabilities (CYWDs).

We believe that lasting change must be guided by accurate data, lived experiences, and evidence that reflects the real barriers CYWDs face in accessing services and opportunities.

Advocate for Disability Inclusive & Gender Responsive Systems & Policies

This pillar focuses on strengthening national and county institutions to design, deliver and sustain inclusive and equitable systems for children and young people with disabilities (CYWDs).

We work to ensure that policies, programs, and public systems are equipped with the right tools, guidance and frameworks to respond effectively to the diverse needs of CYWDs.

16 years of demonstrated success in delivering impactful programs.

We are committed to improving the quality of life for youth and children with disabilities across the entire lifecycle.
